Online Integrative Pain Recovery (Mind–Body Focus)
(Hands-free, nervous system–led support for chronic or recurring pain)
A structured, evidence-informed online assessment and support approach for people living with chronic or recurring pain (pain lasting longer than 3 months, or that keeps returning).
This option is suitable when hands-on treatment is not required, not available, or when symptoms are best addressed through pattern assessment, nervous system support and mind–body strategies.
🔍 This online approach is especially suited for pain that:
⏳ Has lasted longer than expected
🔁 Keeps returning despite treatment
❓ Appeared “out of nowhere”, without a clear injury
📈 Fluctuates with stress, illness, overload or life events
🧠 Is strongly influenced by fear, anticipation or flare-up cycles

Sessions are hands-free and centre on understanding and changing the drivers of persistent pain.
This may include:
🩺 Detailed symptom and pain pattern assessment
🔁 Identification of triggers, flare patterns and maintaining loops
🧠 Nervous system and stress-response education
🧩 Mind–body strategies informed by SIRPA principles
🌿 Trauma-informed support where appropriate and relevant
