Osteopathy
Osteopathy is hands-on and exercise therapy that addresses most pain or movement issues in the body. Great examples are any kind of spinal pain, sciatica, hip, knee & other joint pains. Osteopathy addresses the body as a whole while focussing on the painful area, but always aims to restore as much movement and comfort throughout the entire body. Either through movement, massage, stretching techniques (and many more) or exercises addressing strength & often general advice on how to reduce stresses affecting recovery and comfort.
Osteopathy excels at helping with both new pain presentations, chronic pain but also in maintaining a healthy body to prevent pain before it occurs.
